Ningbo Metal Recycling Resources Processing Park is a
new type logistics park close tu the harbor, which is
initiated by Ningbo Zhenhai people' s government. It is
located in Ningbo zhenhai port. The total planed area
of the park is 3000 MU, among which the greenbelt is 990
MU and the virescence coverage will reach 33 percent.
The isolation boundary river and road around the park
takes 480 MU of ground. The land of the park takes up
an area of 1530 MU actually. The construction plan was
started since April of 2001 and the ground was broken
formally in December of 2001. With full support of the
state, the province, the Environmental Protection Bureau
of the city, the Customs and the Entry-Exit Inspection
and Quarantine Administration, the park builders have.been
trying to make innovation constantly and keep forging
ahead actively, and have made good construction achievement.
ZhejiOn October 2003 the
park was authorized by some relevant state ministries
and commissions such as National Environmental Protection
General Bureau, etc. as a closed management pilot park
importing recycling resources in the country The total
investment fund of the park is 800 million RMB and at
the end of September of 2004 the park has invested the
fund for amount of 550 million RMB and developed the area
of 1,965 mu. The Supervision Zone (supervised by the Customs
and the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Administration),
the Management Zone, the Living Zone as well as the Sewage
and solid waste treatment Plant and 47 operation Sub-zones
have already put into use. Another 8 operation sub-zones
are about to be completed construction Soon. At present
the amount of the enterprises in the park is 47 and the
number of the workers reaches 11,500. Ningbo Recycling
Resources Processing Park will gradually form an influential
raw materials supply base for the recycling metal resources
with strong production and processing capabilities in
China. |
